Get excited to hear about how they’re partnering with Mid-Atlantic Behavioral Health at the conference.

What is NeuroFlow?

NeuroFlow is a healthcare technology and analytics company enabling behavioral health access and engagement across the continuum of care. Combining validated techniques, data science, and behavioral economics, NeuroFlow helps leading healthcare, insurance, and government organizations deliver personalized, evidence-based behavioral health solutions, at scale. NeuroFlow’s suite of HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based tools simplifies remote monitoring and behavioral health integration in all care settings in order to improve outcomes, overall wellness, and cost of care. With NeuroFlow, organizations can finally bridge the gap between mental and physical health and to help people feel better, faster.

What kind of organizations are you typically partnering with to deliver NeuroFlow’s services?

We currently support hundreds of organizations across the country ranging from small, private practices up to major integrated health systems, regional health insurers, as well as military and government organizations to meet the growing demand for integrated behavioral health in all care settings.

How has COVID-19 played a role in the services you provide at NeuroFlow?

We’ve been able to react quickly and ensure we’re supporting our healthcare partners as they respond to COVID-19. By proactively screening patients or members for health risks and delivering evidence-based wellness and behavioral health support, NeuroFlow helps health systems and payers augment their telehealth offerings by remaining engaged with their patients remotely, delivering personalized resources around anxiety, stress, and social isolation, and allocating resources effectively during COVID-19 and beyond. Here’s a great article one of our partners recently shared about how they were able to respond quickly to COVID-19 with the help of NeuroFlow.

Any highlights you can share with current health systems or plans leveraging NeuroFlow?

We’ve just hit our 1 year anniversary with Jefferson Health System and it has been an amazing partnership. We’ve helped them embrace and deliver integrated behavioral health across the system as they’re leveraging NeuroFlow at nearly 30 clinics spanning OBGYN, Primary Care, and Psychiatry. The engagement and response from providers and patients has been terrific, but most importantly, we’re helping them improve outcomes as nearly 80% of patients on the platform experienced a reduction in depression symptoms
